Bihar has tremendous potential to become a hub of dairy and poultry production. This in pace with the policies of the state as well as center to promote agro based industries in rural areas. We have ingredients of cattle and poultry feed in abundance the only need is to streamline the infra structure. We have to encourage the solvent extraction plants in the paddy belts and attract farmers to produce legumes and oil seeds as their cash crops. We already have sugar industries, and can utilize its byproduct molasses in stead of handing over it for alcohol sector. That may earn revenue for the state but the wealth earned accumulates in few hands. Solvent extracted oil cakes are richer in protein content and helpful in cattle and poultry feeding. We may prepare a road map for this project if Government needs it.

Since the last five year Bihar and Bihari people has been getting a good image.
So in order to keep it , not only government but we people should also show dedication upto 100%.
There is need of , generating Employment and quality Education for which we people migrate to other state and it is fact.
As there was a major role of youngster in Egypt for bringing back the rule of Democracy a prominent change.
Hence we youngster should come on a single stage and cooperate with government to achieve a super success by Bihar and our Country...

Jai Hind.. Jai Bihar... Jai Youngistan

My dear Pandeyji,
Articles on such topics are like a project report and require team work in association with highly qualified and competent experts in different fields. Animal Breading to Dairy technology have to be taken care of at every step. We know that Ananand of Gujarat was not built in a day. I have thirty years experience in this field as a manufacturer of Cattle and Poultry feed and aware of the hurdles that come in the way of study on such topics. We can not depend on the data provided by agencies solely and needs its verifications by surveys. Considerable fund is needed to proceed with the program.

You are requested to make the arrangements for perquisites and then we may proceed successfully to prepare a rod map for our mother state.
Thanking and assuring you best co-operation always,
Yours faithfully
Vijaypratap Singh

Corruption is an extra ordinary motivating force. If the emoluments of workers are doubled there observed a short time increase in its productivity but if pilferages in the system are allowed to pass only twenty percent, same results are obtained for a longer period. Most of the leaders, who led their social movements successfully, were corrupt in their own way. Once it was brought in the knowledge of an industrial giant that tools were being stolen from his unit and sold in the market at throw away prices. He smiled and replied that he was biggest buyer of those tools. He saved a lot of money by paying single charges for overtime in nights and the workers were allured for such duty only for stealing the tools. Just to think of eradication of corruption in our system shall be a stupid step. What needed is the skilful management of it for the progress of the country.

When I started morning walk at the age of sixty two, come across the preaching of fellow walkers. They all told me about their morality, ethics and high character that they practiced through out their life. They also advised to follow their foot steps for my better future. I openly admitted that I did not stand anywhere as per their standards. They were kind enough to accept my request to guide me. I had so many teachers free of cost who were committed for my spiritual, physical and moral growth. I felt humiliation for some times that why I could not go on the right path like others. I started introspection at depth and retrospection of my self evolved preceptors. One wanted me to help his poor relative with whom as per his ailing wife, he had illicit connections. The other had managed to collect manipulated degrees for his kiths and kens and trying hard for their settlements. Another one described his kindness by taking the responsibility of a girl student whose father has expired recently. The mother of the student reported that the gentleman has tried to molest her several times. As per my habits I searched into topics in psychology. It is my sincere advice to the readers that if you find anyone claming saintly behavior in his conduct, be alert and takes proper care in dealing with him.
Hypocrisy is the state of pretending to have beliefs, opinions, virtues, feelings, qualities, or standards that one does not actually have, or applying a criticism to others that one does not apply to oneself. Hypocrisy involves the deception of others and is thus a kind of lie. Hypocrisy is not simply failing to practice those virtues that one preaches. Samuel Johnson made this point when he wrote about the misuse of the charge of "hypocrisy".
Nothing is more unjust, however common, than to charge with hypocrisy him that expresses zeal for those virtues which he neglects to practice; since he may be sincerely convinced of the advantages of conquering his passions, without having yet obtained the victory, as a man may be confident of the advantages of a voyage, or a journey, without having courage or industry to undertake it, and may honestly recommend to others, those attempts which he neglects himself. C. G. Jung a few times referred to the hypocrisy of people who are not aware of the dark or shadow-side of their nature. Every individual needs revolution, inner division, overthrow of the existing order, and renewal, but not by forcing them upon his neighbors under the hypocritical cloak of Christian love or the sense of social responsibility or any of the other beautiful euphemisms for unconscious urges to personal power...
It is under all circumstances an advantage to be in full possession of one's personality, otherwise the repressed elements will only crop up as a hindrance elsewhere, not just at some unimportant point, but at the very spot where we are most sensitive. If people can be educated to see the shadow-side of their nature clearly, it may be hoped that they will also learn to understand and love their fellow men better. A little less hypocrisy and a little more self-knowledge can only have good results in respect for our neighbor; for we are all too prone to transfer to our fellows the injustice and violence we inflict upon our own natures.
